How often to use:
Use this MP3 on an as-needed basis, when you need to assist spirits or souls that have not made the proper cross-over to the Light. Highly recommend you use this MP3 to help your family members once initially. For example, as you play the MP3, say God or Spirit team as a blanket clearing, please help each and everyone in my family (and/or of my partners family, etc) who have not crossed over throughout all time.
For more individualized usage, especially if you are more sensitive to energies and/or more advanced, then you can muscle test, use a pendulum, and/or ask for guidance to how often to use including looping or put on repeat play. When looping, suggest limit use up to 8 hours at a time.
