How to Use
In order to get the full benefit of this program it is important that you listen to the ENTIRE 3-hour webinar (there is a break in the middle). The reason is that the energies are being created and aligned for the final meditation, which is the one that creates the greatest change. It is a process.
Once completed in one 'sitting', it is then possible to meditate to any of the included meditations singly or together.
As with all our meditations, they are meant to be experienced, not just listened to. So it is best to meditate with them. Be comfortable with your eyes closed. You can be seated or lying down.
It is important to keep your eyes closed throughout the meditation so you do not break the flow of energy.
Cautions
By now you will realize that the energies of these meditations are really strong, and can easily transport you into a whole new Quantum reality. Therefore, do NOT listen to these whilst you are driving, or any other task that requires your full attention.
