This call talks about contracts, loyalty, commitment, and promises, especially in the areas of marriage and spirituality.
We look at how contracts have served us in the past but now no longer fit the new energies on the planet.
The Light Language session helps to cut ourselves free of the fear of being judged and the need to fit in so we can let go of those promises and really allow ourselves to commit to being in authenticity and maintaining loyalty to our own Heart in the present moment rather than to our words that were spoken in the past.
The first hour of the call we work with your conscious mind involved but still intending to transmit the energies to create transformation around this topic, and then with the Light Language, ManTara and your Higher Self can work beyond your mind deeper in your energetic fields to effect transformation at the deepest level.

For best results, listen with headphones at normal volume.
This audio may also be looped with or without headphones with the volume down as the powerful energies are still present. However, the calming effects on the physical brain waves are more pronounced when the sound waves are received at normal audible levels, especially in stereo through headphones.
When it comes to choosing how often to listen, or whether to loop the session, please be willing to go with your intuition in alignment with your Heart, rather than thinking about following rules or protocols.
Please do not use the mp3 as if it is bitter medicine that you "need" to take to cure yourself, don't force yourself to listen, thinking the more you listen the faster you will see results.
