How to Use
How to receive your attunement:
To receive your attunement, please find approximately 30 minutes of quiet time. Be sure you are not disturbed by the phone or anything else during the time of attunement.
You may light candles or listen to relaxing music, whatever helps you to relax and quiet your mind. You may also like to have your favorite crystals around you, or you can hold them in your hand with this attunement.
When you are ready for the attunement start the MP3. The benefit of a pre-recorded attunement is that you can repeat it as often as you like and whenever you like. Enjoy!
